  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

    If there is a large material change to our event (Date change, venue change) then all patrons will be offered refunds, our line up is subject to change without notice as some things are out of our control - however if it is such a large change that you nop longer wish to attend please contact our team to discuss a refund.

  • BYO and Licensed? How does that work?

    Rain Dance is indeed a BYO festival! We also have a sectioned off bar which is a licensed area in case you run out, want freshly poured beers, or don’t want to walk all the way to camp to reload! As awesome as having the best of both worlds is - please treat them as such, alcohol bought within the bar cannot be taken out of the bar and vice versa.

  • I lOVE BYO! WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO BRING?

    We love BYO too but please be responsible - we encourage you to bring no more than one carton or 700ml of Spirits per person and remember - STRICTLY NO GLASS please buy canned drinks and decant spirits into plastic bottles.

  • IS CAMPING INCLUDED IN MY TICKET? CAN I CAMP WITH MY CAR?

    Yes indeed! Your tickets are all inclusive - no car pass, no camping fee. You can camp next to your vehicle or with your campervan/RV as you wish!

  • HOW MUCH SPACE DO WE GET PER CAMPSITE?

    You are permitted to take as much space as your group requires. Although we have a large campground, we ask that you do not take up an excessive amount of space. To camp in larger groups please ensure your convoy arrives at the event together. Please be aware that due to the spacing of access lanes maximum camp width is 6.5 m.

  • DO WE GET TO PICK OUR CAMPING SPOTS?

    While we do have a very spacious campground, we need to keep it organised - this means that when you arrive you will be encouraged to fill the site from front to back so that everyone can be brought in and leave in a safe and orderly fashion.

  • CAN WE BRING KIDS?

    Unfortunately not, Rain Dance is an 18+ event, meaning under no circumstances are minors able to attend.

  • CAN WE BRING DOGS/PETS?

    Sadly you must leave your furry companions at home. As the property we use has neighbouring cattle, fox baits, we CANNOT allow animals on site. Animals on site are at risk themselves and should anything happen, pose a risk to the longevity of our venue.

  • 3 Days?! What do I pack?

    Thankfully there are some fantastic online checklists such as this one HERE to help you get prepared

  • IS IT 2WD ACCESSIBLE?

    Yes! Our venue is located just off Albany hwy and there are sealed roads all the way to the venue - 2WD will have no problems accessing the venue - no gnarly bush tracks here!

  • IS THERE POWER ONSITE?

    Whilst our Glamping packages have power provided there is no power in general camping and no generators allowed

  • CAN WE BRING A CAMP TOILET?

    No. There will be plenty of toilet facilities around the site.

  • CAN WE BRING LARGE FURNITURE (COUCHES ETC)

    Yes - there is however a deposit required when you bring couches in, this is refunded when you leave with the same items you bought in.

  • ARE THERE PASS OUTS?

    No, to minimise risk to patrons and campers vehicle movement is limited to entering and exiting the festival. If you are required to leave prior to Sunday 10th you will not be permitted back in.

  • CAN I GET DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP FROM THE EVENT

    Yes. Just be prepared with all your belongings as you will be required to walk into the event from the front gate.

  • WHAT ITEMS ARE BANNED FROM THE FESTIVAL?

    Glass, weapons, illegal drugs, whipped cream Chargers or “nangs”, fireworks, fire twirling devices, flares, laser lights, any other items considered illegal or dangerous and any of your friends you’d readily describe as a dickhead

  • WILL THERE BE FOOD VANS ON SITE?

    Yes, there will be a range of food vans on site that will caterer to a large range of dietary requirements.

  • IS EFTPOS ACCEPTED ONSITE

    There will be limited signal and although some markets and vendors will have eftpos available, we encourage you to bring cash.
